Stamford – In celebration of Flag Day, 32BJ members, immigrant workers and their supporters will rally outside the Stamford Government Center tomorrow to thank Connecticut’s congressional delegation for their continuous support of immigration reform. 32BJ members will also unveil a handmade flag of the United States to echo the immigration reform movement’s call for an accessible path to citizenship in the bill being discussed in Washington.
A video for the union’s campaign for immigration reform was launched earlier this week featuring Hartford office cleaner Ciro Gutierrez and his family’s American Dream story.
