“The executive board of 32BJ met tonight and voted to endorse Bill de Blasio for mayor. Bill has long been a friend of our union, and he has put the concerns of working families front and center in his campaign. We look forward to throwing our very robust field operation into full gear to elect Bill de Blasio. We believe that this is an election not only that he will win, but that is also an opportunity to strengthen the political engagement of working families throughout the city.”

With 145,000 members, including 70,000 in the five boroughs, 32BJ SEIU is the largest property services union in the country.
