Registration is open for all 32BJ Members, plus friends and family of all ages!

Artist's Information

Description of Artwork

Please include name of work, type of work (i.e. painting, photograph, etc.), size of work, short description for each piece.
Artists can enter up to 3 pieces. Please submit photos of each piece of art individually using the "Choose File" button below.

Tips for Photographing Your Art

Show your work in the best light

Take care with how your art is lit for the photo, especially if your work is not 2-dimensional. Flash sometimes washes out detail in your work, so not always best. Try to use indirect light, whether from natural or artificial sources

Details, details, details

So photos display well on our site, please make sure that the resolution is large enough to capture the details and quality of your work.

Horizontal, please.

Photos should be shot horizontal rather than vertical.

Great art deserves a great frame

Try to take the picture of your work against a neutral background. A solid colored wall or bed sheet as backdrop will help us focus on your work.

Instructions for Prepping and Sending Your Art Work

All work must be submitted ready to be displayed or hanged.

We will not be able to frame nor add mounting materials to your work, so please prepare accordingly so that your work can be displayed without damaging it. For pieces with many small parts, please make sure all parts are secure. For fragile items such as paper, please frame the the piece. For large and heavier items meant to be displayed on a wall, please be sure that it is ready to hang.

Please bring your artwork to the nearest 32BJ Office no later than June 3rd, 2026, if you're outside New York City!

For those in New York City, all artwork must be at 32BJ Headquarters no later than June 6th, 2026.

In order for us to receive your work in time, you should bring your work to the nearest 32BJ office as soon as possible upon completing your registration. Any artwork brought to 32BJ offices outside NYC after June 3rd may not arrive on time depending on your location.
