Hartford, CT –  Today, Connecticut cleaners, union leaders and supporters will speak in support of Raised Bill No 6877—the “Better Jobs Act,” which would ensure that building service workers of large buildings are employed in shifts of no less than 30 hours a week.

The Better Jobs Act, which 32BJ SEIU supports and is advocating for, will be introduced in Public Employees Committee Co-Chaired by Senator Ed Gomes and Rep. Peter Tercyak.
