32BJ Statement on the Arrest of DREAMer Daniel Ramirez

The following statement can be attributed to Hector Figueroa President of 32BJ SEIU, one of the largest unions representing immigrant workers in the country:

As a union with tens of thousands of immigrant members, protecting immigrant families from being ripped apart and defending the rights of all immigrants – regardless of race or religion – is one of our key duties. We all need to speak up and take action. FREE DANIEL NOW!
