Workers, community supporters and allies gathered at Logan Airport on the anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday to demand justice and dignity for airport workers.
Dozens of workers came out to hold ReadyJet accountable for its egregious health & safety record and for systematically terminating pro-union workers like Jose Candelario. For the first time in their campaign, workers and community leaders spoke directly to a JetBlue representative who came to hear their concerns about ReadyJet.
Homecare workers and fast food workers also came out in support and talked about how we all need to unite with our #wageaction partners.
We want to thank our allies for accompanying airport workers and their support. We’ll continue demanding #JusticeforJose & All ReadyJet Employees!
