Respect Security: Good Jobs, Strong Communities

Respect SecurityContracts are expiring this spring in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia. There are more than 10,000 New York security officers in 32BJ. We work in different sectors of the industry - in city buildings and facilities, office buildings, universities and museums - and we are covered by different contracts, but we share one goal: To make our jobs better and our future brighter.

Security Contract Survey

32BJ security officers are joining together to win fair contracts that help us gain greater respect on the job as well as better pay and benefits. Together, we can keep making progress. Take the survey and get involved in the contract fight. Our strength is in our united action.
