their freedom to unite for a voice on the job—driving down wages, access to affordable healthcare, and
retirement security for all of us.
These CEOs wouldn’t work a day without a written contract to protect
their perks and benefits—so why shouldn’t workers have the same protections?

Like most Americans, 32BJ recognizes the contributions made by immigrants to the economy and to the social and cultural fabric of our nation. That’s why we believe in real immigration reform. We need a practical and tough proposal that will bring undocumented workers out of the shadows, reunite families, secure our borders and create a legal channel for new workers to enter our economy.
As Cities Grow, The Fight for Good Jobs Continues
As large developments go up, we need to make sure that new construction also means good jobs and benefits for 32BJ members and their families. Making sure that every state practices responsible development will get people out of poverty and protect existing wages and contracts for 32BJ members.
