New York Safe & Secure is a security training program developed by Local 32BJ, along with the real estate industry and law enforcement, to enhance security in New York.

New York Safe and Secure’s state-of-the-art security training program is a joint effort of Local 32BJ, the Thomas Shortman Training Fund, the Realty Advisory Board, The Partnership for New York City and John Jay College to raise the level of security and safety in New York City commercial office buildings and residential buildings where millions of New Yorkers work and live.
