WHITE PLAINS, NY -- Amidst the rain, snow and sleet, more than 100 people rallied undeterred outside of the Municipal Court House in White Plains last night. A formal strike vote will be rescheduled, but last night's crowd insisted on marching for a few blocks as they committed to fighting for a fair contract; saying they would strike, if necessary.
Today, the bargaining committee meets with the cleaning contractors for a fourth round of negotiations.
