Janitors who work in Wilmington rally for better pay and benefits.

The building cleaners are in the midst of negotiating their first contract as members of the Service Employees International Union, and rallied on Rodney Square, says Local 32BJ area leader Kurt Westby.Audio Here

The National Labor Relations Board will go to trial November 2nd with one contractor, Optima Cleaning Systems, for unfair labor practices, and Optima's Tom Delle Donne says rallies like this are a tactic the SEIU likes to use to drum up press coverage.Audio Here

More than 400 janitors working for various contractors clean 26 buildings in the city.
