Center City Traffic Alert: Activists from the Service Employees International Union Local 32BJ, which represents building cleaners, say they're going to deliver a "list of demands" for healthcare reform to Cigna corporate offices at One Liberty Place, 16th and Chestnut, at 4 pm.

Just after 5 pm, they're planning a rally at Dilworth Plaza on the northwest side of City Hall  - 500 union members and activists, according to organizer Julie Karant - to protest Cigna lobbying against Obama's healthcare reform.

Speakers include Wendell Potter, formerly Cigna's top spokesman, now an advocate for the President's proposals.
