Labor-community coalition to promote an economy that works for all at "Town Hall" meeting

Wilmington, DE- Over one hundred workers and residents of Wilmington will join labor and community leaders and elected officials at a “Town Hall” meeting on Tuesday to discuss ways to restore and rebuild the middle class, and legislation to revive our economy.

WHO: Residents of Wilmington, Representatives from Sen. Carper, Sen. Kaufman and Rep. Castle’s offices, Angela Walker President ACORN Delaware, Sam Latham President AFL-CIO Delaware, Tim Barchak DSEA, Delaware State Education Association Director of Legislation and Political organizing, Health Care for America Now, Wayne MacManiman, 32BJ SEIU Mid-Atlantic Area Director

WHEN: Tuesday, April 14 at 7pm

WHERE: Bancroft Elementary School, 700 N. Lombard, Wilmington, DE
With more than 100,000 members in nine states including Delaware, 32BJ is the largest property services union in the country.
