The National Labor Relations Board has scheduled a hearing between Nova Southeastern University and Local 11 of the Service Employees International Union to investigate claims of unfair labor practices from two years ago.
The charges made by the union stem from a 2006 organizing campaign of the university's janitors.
In an order received by the union on Tuesday, the NLRB said a hearing on the charges would take place on Nov. 17.
