The local union that organizes service workers said it had won the right to bargain for more than 50 Miami Beach security officers who are employed by Security Alliance Inc. to patrol Lincoln Road and the Miami Beach Boardwalk and the Municipal Building.

The 32BJ Service Employees International Union has more than 120,000 members in eight states and Washington, DC.
