YOU ARE HERE >> In The News: Nova Southeastern University

An administrative law judge has found that Nova Southeastern University violated the law by threatening, interrogating and intimidating workers for trying to unionize.

The judge's decision comes two years after charges were filed in 2007, when Nova responded to workers' efforts to form a union by terminating their employer's cleaning contract abruptly, ending a decade-long relationship with UNICCO Services.

Over100 workers lost their jobs and many of them are still unemployed.
