Wage Increases:  17% for Hartford city workers, 19% for Fairfield County workers and nearly 20% for Hartford suburban workers over the four-year contract

Health Care Coverage:  Fully employer-paid family health care for full-time workers and workers in most large buildings, improved health benefits for part-time workers

Retirement:  NEW pension for Hartford suburban workers; increased pension for Hartford city workers

Also:  More full-time jobs, increased part-time hours, improved training programs, new legal services program and additional sick and vacation days
