New York

The 32BJ SEIU New York bargaining committee has secured a tentative, four-year agreement with the Realty Advisory Board (RAB) covering 23,000 New York City office cleaners. View the settlement details here.

New Jersey

7,000 32BJ SEIU New Jersey office cleaners and school custodians now have a new contract. The commercial workers overwhelmingly approved the 4 year deal with the New Jersey Contractors Association. View the contract settlement details here.


32BJ represents more than 4,400 commercial building workers in Philadelphia and its suburbs and in Delaware. 32BJ members ratified new contracts with cleaning contractors which provides fair wage increases, maintains benefits at their current level, improves vacation time and days off. Western PA

The 32BJ SEIU Bargaining Committee secured a four-year agreement with the Managers, Owners and Contractors Association (MOCA). The deal includes a fair wage increase and maintains benefits at their current level. View the contract settlement details here.

Capital Area (DC/MD/VA)

32BJ commercial members ratified a new commercial cleaning contract for the D.C. metro area and Baltimore that raises pay and will help hundreds of part time cleaners get full time work! The contract covers 10,500 workers and will provide a $2 hourly pay increase over the life of the four-year deal. View the contract details here.

Hudson Valley

The 32BJ bargaining committee representing over 3,500 janitors reached an agreement with the Hudson Valley/Fairfield County Contractors Association. The four-year contract includes strong wage increases and protects health benefits for office cleaners throughout Connecticut’s Fairfield County and New York’s Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, and Westchester counties.
