Member Service Walk-in Center
Do you have questions about your benefits you would like to speak
with someone about in person? Then stop in to the member service
walk-in center, conveniently located in the headquarters lobby.
Courteous, knowledgeable member service representatives will assist
you with all of your benefits questions. They can even help you
locate a participating doctor, or set you up on one of the PCs so
you can search the network yourself.
There is no limit to how many times you may visit the walk-in center.
We are open 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Member Service Call-in Center
Do you have questions about your benefits, but don’t have
the time to stop in and see us? Then phoning the call-in center
is the choice for you. The call-in center gives you the opportunity
to speak with a member service representative about your benefits.
They can answer your questions and provide explanations, including
those concerning:
• request forms
• pharmacy cards
• physician network procedures
• Pension applications
• appointments at the Health Center, Dental Center, and Legal
Fund
• eligibility status
• claims on health-related issues
• COBRA payment receipts
• adding and removing dependents
Just call 1 (800) 551-3225 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday
through Friday. We are pleased to provide you with an excellent
translation service provided by AT&T. It allows you to converse
in over 100 languages. Just mention the language you are most comfortable
speaking in, and our staff will get someone on the line to speak
with you in that language. We look forward to speaking with you
