Securing Our Future in Philadelphia
We deserve respect and fair pay and benefits to support our families.
Private security officers in Philadelphia are taking a stand for good jobs and the respect that each of us deserves. Some officers report earning as little as $8 an hour and few have benefits that include quality health care or paid sick or vacation days. Many even have to rely on government assistance for healthcare or other essential needs. Together, we are fighting to win union representation with 32BJ and contracts that raise our standards and give us a foundation on which to keep making progress.
