32BJ STATEMENT: IN-STATE TUITION FOR UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS

 The following statement is attributable to Kevin Brown, 32BJ Director in New Jersey:

“Young men and women who have been raised in the US and are part of our communities should not be punished by their parents' actions,” said Kevin Brown, 32BJ Director in New Jersey. “Motivated students who want to better themselves and go to college should have the opportunity to do so, regardless their immigration status.”

 With more than 120,000 members in eight states and Washington, D.C., many of them immigrant workers, 32BJ is the largest property services union in the country.
