Launch Green Buildings Program

Mayor Michael Bloomberg joined Real Estate Industry Leaders to launch an ambitious labor-management green buildings program to train superintendents and resident managers in energy efficiency. The program, which is part of the Thomas Shortman Training Fund curriculum, should significantly reduce energy waste, operating costs and harm to the environment.
