District 1201 — Events

Dear Participant and Family:

You are cordially invited to attend the District 1201 Health and Welfare Funds Seventeenth Annual Health Fair
Once again arrangements have been made with our Health Care Providers to do health screenings: blood pressure testing, glucose testing for diabetes, and cholesterol screenings - ALL WHICH ARE FREE OF CHARGE TO YOU.  So come join us at our Seventeenth Annual 1201 Health Fair and don't forget your camera.  Celebrity Guests will be roaming the room along with Clowns, Magicians, Face painters, music and entertainment.

Representatives from the School Districts Benefits and Health Services Department will be there, along with Health Care Associates for Blue Cross, The 32BJ Health Fund, Express Scripts, Vision, Dental, Heartcam information and other vendors will be available to help you and answer most of your questions.  There will also be testing for 1201 Members and their dependents for blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes. Available services for members only are Orthotics and Free flu shots.
Food and refreshments will be served along with give-a-ways at the door for the adults in attendance and prizes for the children.  We look forward to seeing you.

Due to the great success of our Health Fair and the huge turnout, we are now limited for space.  Therefore, each member will be given six tickets per family for admittance. Tickets will be sent out soon.
